Ingredients
- Golden Crown Penne Pasta – 250 g
- Golden Crown Tomato Puree – 1 cup
- Big Bell Oregano – 1 tsp (dried)
- Big Bell Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
- Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Garlic – 4 cloves (finely chopped)
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Fresh basil or coriander – a few leaves (for garnish)
- Parmesan cheese – 2 tbsp grated (optional)
Instructions
- 01 Boil water with a little salt, add Golden Crown Penne Pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and keep aside.
- 02 Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and onion, sauté until soft and golden.
- 03Stir in Golden Crown Tomato Puree, add Big Bell Oregano, Big Bell Chilli Flakes, and salt. Simmer for 8–10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 04 Add cooked pasta to the sauce, toss well to coat evenly.
- 05Garnish with fresh basil or coriander. Sprinkle Parmesan if desired.
