Ingredients
- Golden Crown Fusilli Pasta – 150g
- Golden Crown Button Mushroom in Brine – 1 cup, sliced
- Golden Crown Sweet Corn Kernel in Brine – ½ cup
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves, finely chopped
- Onion – 1 small, chopped
- Fresh cream – ½ cup
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Parmesan cheese – 2 tbsp (optional)
- Fresh parsley or basil – for garnish
Instructions
- 01 Boil Fusilli Pasta in salted water as per packet instructions. Drain and keep aside.
- 02 Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
- 03 Add sliced Button Mushroom and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- 04 Add Sweet Corn Kernels, stir for a minute.
- 05 Pour in fresh cream, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- 06 Add boiled Fusilli Pasta, mix everything gently.
- 07 Season with salt and black pepper. Toss in Parmesan cheese if desired.
- 08 Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or basil.
