Ingredients
- Golden Crown Coconut Water – 1 cup
- Golden Crown Coconut Cream – 1 cup
- Sugar – ⅓ cup (adjust to taste)
- Golden crown Cornflour – 3 tbsp
- Vanilla essence – ½ tsp (optional)
- Desiccated coconut – 2 tbsp (for garnish)
Instructions
- 01In a saucepan, mix Golden Crown Coconut Water and Golden Crown Coconut Cream until smooth.
- 02Add sugar and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- 03In a small bowl, dissolve Golden crown cornflour in 3 tbsp water to make a slurry.
- 04Slowly whisk the slurry into the coconut mixture, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- 05Cook for 5–6 minutes until the mixture thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
- 06Add vanilla essence (optional), stir well, and remove from heat.
- 07Pour into serving bowls, let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
- 08Garnish with desiccated coconut before serving chilled.
