Ingredients
- Golden Crown Coconut Milk – 1 can (400 ml)
- Golden crown Vermicelli – ½ cup
- Jaggery (or sugar) – ¾ cup (adjust to taste)
- Water – 2 cups
- Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- Cashew nuts – 10
- Raisins – 10
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 01Heat ghee in a pan, fry cashew nuts and raisins until golden, then set aside.
- 02In the same pan, lightly roast Golden Crown Vermicelli for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- 03Add 2 cups of water and cook vermicelli until soft.
- 04Stir in jaggery (or sugar) and cook until it melts completely.
- 05Lower the flame and gently add Golden Crown Coconut Milk. Stir well.
- 06Add cardamom powder and simmer for 3–4 minutes (do not let it boil vigorously).
- 07Garnish with fried cashews and raisins.
