Ingredients
- 1 cup Golden Crown Oats
- 1 tbsp Golden Crown Ginger Garlic Paste
- ½ cup Golden Crown Tomato Puree
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small carrot, diced
- ½ cup green beans, chopped
- ½ cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 green chilies, slit (optional for spice)
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 2 ½ cups water (adjust as needed)
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- Salt – to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- 01Heat oil or ghee in a pan and sauté chopped onions until soft and golden.
- 02Add Golden Crown Ginger Garlic Paste and fry until the raw aroma disappears.
- 03Stir in Golden Crown Tomato Puree and cook until the masala thickens and oil starts to separate.
- 04Add diced carrot, beans, peas, and green chilies; sauté for 2–3 minutes.
- 05Sprinkle turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt; mix well.
- 06Pour in water and bring it to a gentle boil.
- 07Add Golden Crown Oats, stir well, and cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes until the oats absorb the flavors and reach a creamy consistency.
- 08Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
