Ingredients

  • 1 cup Golden Crown Oats
  • 1 tbsp Golden Crown Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ½ cup Golden Crown Tomato Puree
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small carrot, diced
  • ½ cup green beans, chopped
  • ½ cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 green chilies, slit (optional for spice)
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 2 ½ cups water (adjust as needed)
  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee
  • Salt – to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish

Instructions

  • 01Heat oil or ghee in a pan and sauté chopped onions until soft and golden.
  • 02Add Golden Crown Ginger Garlic Paste and fry until the raw aroma disappears.
  • 03Stir in Golden Crown Tomato Puree and cook until the masala thickens and oil starts to separate.
  • 04Add diced carrot, beans, peas, and green chilies; sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  • 05Sprinkle turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt; mix well.
  • 06Pour in water and bring it to a gentle boil.
  • 07Add Golden Crown Oats, stir well, and cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes until the oats absorb the flavors and reach a creamy consistency.
  • 08Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
