- Fish fillets – 500g
- Golden Crown Corn Flour – ½ cup
- Big Bell Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon juice or Golden Crown Apple Cider Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Oil – for deep frying
Instructions
- 01 Marinate fish with salt, turmeric, chilli flakes, and lemon juice/vinegar for 20 minutes.
- 02 Prepare thick batter with corn flour and water, season lightly.
- 03 Dip marinated fish in batter and deep fry till crisp and golden.
- 04 Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
