Hoisin Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • PRB Hoisin Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Golden Crown Sliced Black Olives in Brine – ¼ cup, drained
  • Mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn) – ½ cup
  • Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • Spring onions – chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • 01 Heat oil in a wok; sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • 02 Add vegetables and Black Olives, cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • 03 Add cooked rice and toss well.
  • 04 Stir in Hoisin Sauce and Soy Sauce; season with salt and pepper.
  • 05 Sauté on high heat until rice is coated and heated through.
  • 06 Garnish with chopped spring onions.
