Ingredients
- Cooked rice – 2 cups
- PRB Hoisin Sauce – 2 tbsp
- PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp (optional)
- Golden Crown Sliced Black Olives in Brine – ¼ cup, drained
- Mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn) – ½ cup
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper – to taste
- Spring onions – chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- 01 Heat oil in a wok; sauté garlic until fragrant.
- 02 Add vegetables and Black Olives, cook for 2–3 minutes.
- 03 Add cooked rice and toss well.
- 04 Stir in Hoisin Sauce and Soy Sauce; season with salt and pepper.
- 05 Sauté on high heat until rice is coated and heated through.
- 06 Garnish with chopped spring onions.
