Ingredients
- Golden Crown Hakkah Noodles – 200 g
- Golden Crown Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Golden Crown Chilli Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Golden Crown Green Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Golden Crown Cornflour – 1 tsp (optional, for light sauce coating)
- Golden Crown Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
- Golden Crown Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1 medium (thinly sliced)
- Carrot – 1 small (julienned)
- Cabbage – 1 cup (shredded)
- Capsicum – ½ cup (sliced)
- Spring onion greens – 2 tbsp (chopped, for garnish)
- Green chillies – 2 (slit or chopped, optional)
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
Instructions
- 01Boil Golden Crown noodkes in plenty of salted water for 2–3 minutes or until just tender.
- 02Drain and rinse under cold water. Toss with 1 tsp oil to prevent sticking.
- 03Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok.
- 04Add Golden Crown Ginger Paste and Golden Crown Garlic Paste, sauté until fragrant.
- 05Add onions, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, and chillies. Stir-fry on high flame for 2–3 minutes (keep them crunchy).
- 06Stir in Golden Crown Soya Sauce, Golden Crown Chilli Sauce, and Golden Crown Green Sauce.
- 07Season with pepper and salt (check first, as sauces are salty).
- 08Add the cooked noodles to the wok, toss gently so noodles absorb sauces and vegetables mix well.
- 09(Optional) For a light glossy finish, dissolve 1 tsp Golden Crown Cornflour in 2 tbsp water and drizzle into the pan before tossing.
- 10Garnish with spring onion greens.
- 11Serve hot as a light meal or pair with chilli prawns/chilli chicken.
