Ingredients
- Golden Crown Baby Corn – 1 can (sliced lengthwise)
- Golden Crown Bamboo Shoots – 1 can (thinly sliced)
- Golden Crown Button Mushrooms – 1 can (sliced)
- Golden Crown Soya Sauce – 1½ tbsp
- Golden Crown Chilli Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Golden Crown Green Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Golden Crown Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
- Golden Crown Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Golden Crown Cornflour – 1 tbsp (for slurry)
- Onion – 1 medium (cut into petals)
- Capsicum (red/green/yellow) – 1 cup (cubed)
- Green chillies – 2 (slit)
- Spring onion greens – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 01 Drain the Golden Crown Baby Corn, Bamboo Shoots & Mushrooms.
- 02 Rinse once in water, then pat dry.
- 03 Heat oil in a wok on high flame.
- 04 Add Golden Crown Ginger Paste and Golden Crown Garlic Paste. Stir till fragrant.
- 05 Toss in slit green chillies, onions, and capsicum. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- 06 Add sliced Golden Crown Baby Corn, Bamboo Shoots, and Mushrooms.
- 07 Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes on high flame.
- 08 Add Golden Crown Soya Sauce, Chilli Sauce, and Green Sauce.
- 09 Season with black pepper and adjust salt.
- 10 Mix 1 tbsp Golden Crown Cornflour with ¼ cup water.
- 11 Add slurry to wok and stir until sauce turns glossy and coats the veggies.
- 12 Garnish with spring onion greens.
