Ingredients
- Chicken meatballs – 500g (pre-made)
- PRB Plum Sauce – 3 tbsp
- Golden Crown Pineapple Tidbits in Syrup – ½ cup, drained
- Bell peppers – 1, diced
- Golden Crown Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 01 Bake or pan-fry meatballs until cooked through.
- 02 In a pan, sauté bell peppers; add plum sauce, pineapple tidbits, ketchup, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
- 03 Simmer 5 minutes, add meatballs, toss to coat and heat through.
- 04 Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or coriander.
