Ingredients

  • Chicken meatballs – 500g (pre-made)
  • PRB Plum Sauce – 3 tbsp
  • Golden Crown Pineapple Tidbits in Syrup – ½ cup, drained
  • Bell peppers – 1, diced
  • Golden Crown Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 01 Bake or pan-fry meatballs until cooked through.
  • 02 In a pan, sauté bell peppers; add plum sauce, pineapple tidbits, ketchup, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
  • 03 Simmer 5 minutes, add meatballs, toss to coat and heat through.
  • 04 Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or coriander.
