Ingredients
- Golden Crown Noodles or Hakka Noodles – 200g
- THS Dark Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Golden Crown Silver Skin Onion – ¼ cup, finely chopped
- Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, beans) – 1 cup, chopped
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Spring onions – garnish
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 01 Boil noodles according to packet instructions; drain and set aside.
- 02 Heat oil, sauté garlic and Silver Skin Onion.
- 03 Add mixed vegetables, stir until tender-crisp.
- 04 Add noodles and THS Dark Soy Sauce, toss well to coat.
- 05 Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with spring onions before serving.
