Ingredients

  • Golden Crown Noodles or Hakka Noodles – 200g
  • THS Dark Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Golden Crown Silver Skin Onion – ¼ cup, finely chopped
  • Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, beans) – 1 cup, chopped
  • Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Spring onions – garnish
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 01 Boil noodles according to packet instructions; drain and set aside.
  • 02 Heat oil, sauté garlic and Silver Skin Onion.
  • 03 Add mixed vegetables, stir until tender-crisp.
  • 04 Add noodles and THS Dark Soy Sauce, toss well to coat.
  • 05 Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with spring onions before serving.
