- 01Soak Golden Crown Rice Sticks in warm water for 8–10 minutes until soft, then drain.
- 02Heat oil in a wok and sauté Golden Crown garlic paste and onion until fragrant.
- 03Add carrot, capsicum, and cabbage; stir-fry for 2–3 minutes on high heat.
- 04If using tofu or chicken, add now and cook until done.
- 05In a small bowl, whisk Golden Crown Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, soy sauce, and peanut butter until smooth.
- 06Add the drained rice sticks to the wok, pour the sauce mixture over, and toss until evenly coated.
- 07Sprinkle in the crushed roasted peanuts and mix gently.
- 08Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 09Garnish with spring onion greens, sesame seeds, and extra peanuts.
- 10Serve hot with a squeeze of lime for freshness.
