  • 01Soak Golden Crown Rice Sticks in warm water for 8–10 minutes until soft, then drain.
  • 02Heat oil in a wok and sauté Golden Crown garlic paste and onion until fragrant.
  • 03Add carrot, capsicum, and cabbage; stir-fry for 2–3 minutes on high heat.
  • 04If using tofu or chicken, add now and cook until done.
  • 05In a small bowl, whisk Golden Crown Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, soy sauce, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • 06Add the drained rice sticks to the wok, pour the sauce mixture over, and toss until evenly coated.
  • 07Sprinkle in the crushed roasted peanuts and mix gently.
  • 08Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • 09Garnish with spring onion greens, sesame seeds, and extra peanuts.
  • 10Serve hot with a squeeze of lime for freshness.
