Ingredients
- Chicken breast – 400g, thinly sliced
- PRB Teriyaki Sauce – 4 tbsp
- Olive oil or Golden Crown Salad Oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Onion – 1 medium, sliced
- Bell peppers – 1 cup, sliced
- Small tortillas or taco shells – 8
- Fresh coriander – chopped, for garnish
- Lime wedges – to serve
- Optional: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapenos
Instructions
- 01 Marinate sliced chicken in PRB Teriyaki Sauce for 10 minutes.
- 02 Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onions till soft.
- 03 Add marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- 04Add bell peppers, cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- 05 Warm tortillas in a separate pan or oven.
- 06 Fill tortillas with cooked chicken and vegetables.
- 07 Garnish with fresh coriander and squeeze lime juice on top. Add optional salad toppings if desired.
