Mr. Ashish Malhotra is the Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. With nearly three decades of experience across Telecom, IT, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors, he brings deep expertise in banking, treasury, corporate planning, revenue assurance, business development, and financial performance management. He has held important positions with renowned organizations such as ArcelorMittal, IBM, Reliance, Landmark Group, and BPL Telecom Business Group.

A Commerce graduate with an MBA in Finance, he oversees the Company’s banking, finance, accounting, audit, taxation, and cash flow management, ensuring sound financial governance and strategic growth.
