A second-generation entrepreneur and culinary innovator, Mr. Kapil Budhraja leads Holyland Marketing Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to make it a modern, customer-centric food solutions company. An Economics graduate from Delhi University with a postgraduate diploma in Marketing Management from SriSIM, Kapil brings together business acumen and a passion for global flavours.
Before joining the family business, he gained early professional experience with Citicorp Financial Services, Jobsahead.com, and his own entrepreneurial venture, Holyland Consultants, in manpower consulting. Since entering Holyland, he has worked across all functions—sales, operations, and sourcing—building a deep understanding of the business from the ground up.
Under his leadership, Holyland has expanded from a regional enterprise to a national presence across 16 cities, with a diverse portfolio of over 250 products spanning Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian, and Mexican cuisines.Together, Kapil and Harith Budhraja’s strategic initiatives in West and South India played a pivotal role in driving Holyland’s expansion, growing the company’s turnover multifold from ₹20 crore in 1995 to over ₹500 crore in 2025.
